The M9 features clear sound and excellent bass giving you the full range of sound for all types of music from classical through pop, country, and rock, to R & B. The bass is smooth and has great depth. The mids are also smooth and natural with vocals always remaining distinct. The highs likewise sound good and decent.
The design of the earphones effectively results in a passive cancellation and isolation from outside noise. This allows you to run your audio device at a low volume, thus protecting you from premature hearing loss.
The cables attached to the earphones are coated with a clear plastic that adds extra protection and minimizes cable noise while moving. They are strong and durable enough to withstand the pulling and tugging that inevitably occurs while on the go. For black earphones, the cables are colored dark grey, while the silver models are fitted with silver cables accented with black.
Since not all ears are of the same size, the M9 comes with four pairs of ear tips. These include the standard bi-flange tips and three different sizes of standard silicon tips. The bi-flange versions will work with most ears, although some people will find the silicon tips more to their liking.
